Prepared September 24, 2026. This policy covers Atlas Mini Gmail Monitor, a private household feature of The Lambstead. It does not describe separate calendar or email-sending tools.

Information used

The monitor uses authorized Gmail message identifiers, message metadata, and relevant message contents to identify messages needing attention. Google Pub/Sub carries mailbox change notifications. The local monitor keeps scan checkpoints, reviewed message identifiers, delivery records, and operational status to avoid missed or duplicate alerts.

Processing and sharing

Relevant email information is processed through OpenAI's Codex service for classification. Short alerts containing a sender name, non-sensitive subject, reason for attention, and Gmail link are sent through Telegram to the configured recipient. Google, OpenAI, and Telegram process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies. The notification instructions exclude credentials, verification codes, and sensitive details; automated filtering is not a guarantee of perfect redaction.

Google user data is used only to provide the requested email-monitoring feature, not for advertising or sale. Atlas Mini Gmail Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and controls

Authorization files and operational records are stored on the Mac mini with restricted file permissions. The monitor does not intentionally download attachments or write full email bodies to its service logs. This does not mean that connected AI services or conversation histories retain no message content.

The account owner can stop the monitor and revoke its authorization through Google Account connections. Stopping the monitor alone does not revoke its credentials. Removing local records does not remove copies already held in Gmail, Telegram, or other connected services; those must be managed through their respective controls.

Retention and deletion

Local reviewed-message identifiers, delivery records, and operational status remain until the operator removes them; no automatic retention deadline is currently configured. Authorization remains stored until removed or revoked. The household operator can request review or deletion through the contact above. Provider-held copies have separate retention and deletion controls.

This public website

These pages include no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or embedded third-party media. Cloudflare Pages hosts these public pages and processes visitor connection information, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The public website does not provide access to household records or the private dashboard.
